Summer Camps

“Life changing!” That’s how many adults remember their childhood camp experience and camp remains a summer highlight each year for hundreds of thousands of children and teens across the land. Camp Charis has a classic emphasis on outdoor recreation and battery-free enjoyment of God’s creation. The Bible-centered program revolves around teens and adults committed to our campers and being reflectors of the grace of Christ.

2009 fees start at $225/session. It is our desire to enable campers from all socio-economic levels to attend Camp Charis . Limited financial assistance is available. Requests may be made throught the Camper Information Form.

The age groups include (grade as of Sep 1, 2008):

  • Pioneers (grades 1 & 2)
  • Rustlers (grades 3 & 4)
  • Trailblazers (grades 5 & 6)
  • Cadets (grades 7 & 8)
  • Servant And Leadership Trainees (SALT, grades 9-12)
Overnight Camp

Campers arrive 4-6 pm Sunday and are picked up 4-6 pm Friday
